Terms and Conditions for Eatie Food Delivery App

Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the Eatie Food Delivery App ("App"), owned and operated by Eatie Inc. ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to comply with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.


1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Eatie app, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms. These Terms apply to all users of the App, including users who are vendors, customers, and others who access or use the service.


2. Eligibility

To use the App, you must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or guardian. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age or have received parental consent.

5. Ordering and Payment

  • Orders: Through the App, you may place orders for food from various vendors. All orders are subject to availability, and we do not guarantee that all items will be in stock.
  • Pricing and Payment: The prices for food and delivery services are displayed in the App and are subject to change. You agree to pay all charges associated with your orders, including any taxes and delivery fees. Payment must be made through the available payment methods in the App, such as credit/debit cards, digital wallets, or other methods we support.
  • Refunds and Cancellations: Orders are processed immediately, and cancellations may not be possible after the order is placed. Please refer to our refund policy, which is available in the App.

6. Delivery and Delivery Address

We will make reasonable efforts to deliver food to the address you provide when placing the order. You are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address and ensuring someone is available to receive the order. We are not responsible for delays or failure to deliver due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

8. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, features, logos, and all content, is owned by Eatie Inc. and is protected by intellectual property laws. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works based on the App without our express permission.


9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Eatie Inc. and its affiliates, employees, and partners are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, data, or use of the App.


10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Eatie Inc., its affiliates, employees, and partners from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.


11. Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to modify, update, or change these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted in the App with the updated date. Your continued use of the App after any changes to the Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
